A Family Business with Family Values
As a family business, our core values are key to our ongoing success and longevity. We extend those values to the areas in which we operate and work closely with our clients to deliver a first-class and unmatched customer service.
Meet the Team
Brian joined the business in 2004 as a hearing aid dispenser. He took on the role of Managing Director when May Eccles retired in 2013. Brian can usually be found at our High Street Kettering branch on most days of the week.
Lorraine joined the business in 2005. She provides an audiological service to the local Ramsay Woodlands Private Hospital. Her role is to carry out diagnostic and medico-legal work for five ENT Consultants.
Kayleigh joined us in 2015. She is the third generation of family audiologists. Kayleigh provides private hearing aid dispensing at Bedford Hospital. She also heads up our home visit service for clients who cannot make the trip to the practice.
Appointed as Roger Certified Partners
The Brian Eccles Hearing Centre was delighted to be appointed as Roger Certified Partners by Phonak. This means that they can now advise on and supply the full range of the company’s wireless hearing accessories. Roger products help their users to have a greater understanding of speech and digital sounds in noisy environments.
Hearing Clinic Opens in Northampton
Brian Eccles Hearing Centre widened their geographical coverage. They opened a new hearing clinic in Northampton. Based at Mark Darling Opticians in Far Cotton the weekly clinic offers a full audiological service to local residents. This complements the hearing centre’s other locations in Kettering and Bedford. This is the same premises from which founder Mrs May Eccles offered an audiological service in the 1980s.
