Brian Eccles

Brian Eccles


Brian joined the business in 2004 as a hearing aid dispenser.  He took on the role of Managing Director when May Eccles retired in 2013. Brian can usually be found at our High Street Kettering branch on most days of the week.

Lorraine Lorimer

Lorraine Lorimer


Lorraine joined the business in 2005.  She provides an audiological service to the local Ramsay Woodlands Private Hospital. Her role is to carry out diagnostic and medico-legal work for five ENT Consultants.

Kayleigh Eccles

Kayleigh Eccles


Kayleigh joined us in 2015. She is the third generation of family audiologists.  Kayleigh provides private hearing aid dispensing at Bedford Hospital.  She also heads up our home visit service for clients who cannot make the trip to the practice.

The vastly experienced Nicki Hockridge joins the business as a receptionist and administration assistant. This frees up our audiologists to offer a faster and more comprehensive service to our clients.

Appointed as Roger Certified Partners

Roger Certified Partners

The Brian Eccles Hearing Centre was delighted to be appointed as Roger Certified Partners by Phonak. This means that they can now advise on and supply the full range of the company’s wireless hearing accessories. Roger products help their users to have a greater understanding of speech and digital sounds in noisy environments.

Hearing Clinic Opens in Northampton

Brian Eccles New Hearing Clinic in Northampton

Brian Eccles Hearing Centre widened their geographical coverage.  They opened a new hearing clinic in Northampton. Based at Mark Darling Opticians in Far Cotton the weekly clinic offers a full audiological service to local residents. This complements the hearing centre’s other locations in Kettering and Bedford. This is the same premises from which founder Mrs May Eccles offered an audiological service in the 1980s.

Kayleigh Eccles Completes Micro Suction Ear Wax Removal Training

Kayleigh completed her micro suction ear wax removal training in Warrington and is now able to perform this procedure. This increases the businesses capacity and potentially reduces waiting times.

Kayleigh Eccles qualifies and becomes the third generation of the Eccles family to qualify as an audiologist.

Micro-Suction Ear Wax Removal

The branch adds new high-tech micro-suction ear wax removal to the list of services offered. This provides a more effective alternative to traditional irrigation services.
